Custom Order Policy

  • Because each pillow is handmade and custom-created specifically for you, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Please review all customization details carefully before submitting your order, including names, colors, sizing, and design selections. Creators Craft Lab, LLC is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer at checkout.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please email cclab318@gmail.comwithin 24 hours of your purchase. 

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at cclab318@gmail.com.

To process a damage claim, please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution, which may include:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • Or a partial/full refund when appropriate

If a return or repair is approved due to damage or defect, Creators Craft Lab, LLC will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Handmade Nature Disclaimer

Please note that all punch needle pillows are handmade. Minor variations in texture, stitching or size are part of the handmade charm and are not considered defects.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All punch needle pillows and handmade items are made to order. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks to produce and ship your order. Multi-item orders may take longer.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Creators Craft Lab, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout or other circumstances outside of our control. Customers should contact the carrier directly about delays.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Creators Craft Lab, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • Creators Craft Lab, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or marked-as-delivered packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim if needed.

Mobile Workshop Cancellation & Event Policy

Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve your workshop date and secure materials. The deposit is 25% of the minimum workshop value (4-participant minimum x ticket price).

  • Final headcount and remaining balance are due 7 days before the event date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 14+ days before the event may transfer the deposit to a future workshop date within 90 days.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event forfeit the deposit and due to material preparation and scheduling. One complimentary reschedule may be offered at the discretion of Creators Craft Lab, LLC based on availability.

  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Participant No-Shows

  • Creators Craft Lab, LLC is not responsible for guest no-shows. Supplies and materials prepared for absent guests are non-refundable.

  • For some workshops, Creators Craft Lab, LLC may package the workshop project into a craft kit for the host to take to the non-attendees. This is offered at the discretion of Creators Craft Lab, LLC.

Minimum Participation

Workshops require a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum is not met prior to the workshop, Creators Craft Lab, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel. The remaining balance for the minimum workshop value will still be due.

Mobile Workshop Venue Policy

Because Creators Craft Lab, LLC is a mobile workshop experience, we ask hosts to help provide a safe and workable environment for all participants.

Space Requirements

Hosts are responsible for providing:

  • Adequate table/workspace seating

  • Access to electrical outlets and a sink if needed

  • Reasonable indoor climate conditions

  • Sufficient lighting and ventilation

Pets & Animals

For safety and comfort, we request that pets be secured away from the workshop area during the event whenever possible.

Venue Rules & Restrictions

Hosts are responsible for confirming that workshops are permitted at their venue and for communicating any venue-specific rules, parking limitations, access instructions, or restrictions prior to the event.

Creators Craft Lab, LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by venue policies, lack of access, or unexpected venue restrictions.

Safety & Conduct

Creators Craft Lab, LLC reserves the right to end or refuse service if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

Outdoor Workshop Disclaimer

Outdoor workshops are weather-dependent and require suitable conditions for materials, equipment, and guest comfort.

Hosts should provide:

  • Shade coverage when possible

  • Stable tables/seating

  • Access to nearby indoor shelter in case of weather changes

Creators Craft Lab, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or relocate outdoor workshops due to rain, excessive heat, wind, unsafe conditions, or other weather concerns.

Workshop Participant Waiver & Release Agreement

Creators Craft Lab, LLC requires all workshop participants to sign a waiver and release agreement prior to the workshop. Adult legal guardians will be required to sign for participants that are minors.
